Overview

Product overview

In pipes with pneumatic or free-fall transport, size fractions often segregate across the cross-section. TWISTER scans the entire pipe cross-section on a spiral path at constant speed from a protected parking position, so every area is equally weighted, and a subsample is extracted continuously with isokinetic vacuum from the connected analyser.

Combined with the laser diffraction system MYTOS or image analysis system PICTOS, which include RODOS dry dispersion, it enables in-line measurement in the process pipe or on-line in a bypass. Models TWISTER 50 to 250 cover pipe diameters from 38 to 800 mm with Tri Clamp or PN10 flange connections, and ATEX, GMP and wear-protection options are available.
