Product overview
A constant sample mass flow is decisive for effective dry dispersion. VIBRI is a controlled vibratory feeding unit with built-in amplitude control that feeds dry powders from 1 mg to 1,000 g at a constant rate, independent of the load in the funnel. It is used with HELOS dispersing units and, as VIBRI/L, with QICPIC dispersing units in the laboratory.
Vibration power and funnel height are software-controlled for reproducible, product-dependent feeding. Funnels and chutes come in several geometries, sizes and coatings, including a rotating-funnel version with a double hammer system for very sticky material such as coffee. VIBRI also serves as the at-line feeder for MYTOS and PICTOS.
