When the product lives in a liquid — suspensions, emulsions, slurries — Sympatec wet dispersing units present it to HELOS or QICPIC without improvised beakers and stir bars.
SUCELL is the automated closed-circuit wet disperser with ultrasound, typically a 500 ml circuit covering about 0.1 µm to 2,000 µm. QUIXEL, CUVETTE, LIXELL, and FLOWCELL cover small volumes, cuvettes, and flow cells. OASIS combines dry (RODOS) and wet dispersing on one module so a laboratory can switch method without changing the sensor.
Al-Shaker matches the wet unit to the sample volume, solvent, and whether the same bench also needs dry RODOS work.
Specifications
3 parameters
Closed-loop wet dispersing with ultrasound for routine suspensions and emulsions on HELOS or QICPIC.
QUIXEL, CUVETTE, LIXELL, and FLOWCELL for small volumes and continuous liquid streams.
One module for RODOS dry work and wet dispersing so the laboratory is not locked to a single state of matter.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
