Overview

Product overview

The QuasIR 2000 is a portable fiber-optic FT-NIR. Standard SMA 905 connectors accept commercial probes as well as Galaxy’s own diffuse-reflectance probe (patterned fiber layout for better probe-to-probe reproducibility). Reflection, transmission, or transflectance probes cover liquids and solids at the bench or in a process.

PermAlign optics keep performance when the spectrometer is moved to the point of need. Advanced-ID software supports low-concentration targeted screening. Optional Symbion DX and RX process software can manage online measurement. Spectral Sage remains the everyday method and QC environment.

Al-Shaker specifies the QuasIR 2000 when the sample cannot come to a chamber — tanks, lines, and field points — and the QuasIR 2000E when the measurement must run continuously on a conveyor, pipe, or chute.
